We aim to provide the highest quality services to both our clients and candidates. The following points distinguish our services above many of our competitors.

• We appreciate that as a prospective candidate, possibly working in an open-plan office, you may not want to receive phone calls during the working day to discuss your CV, the job seeking process, or the interview to which you have just been. This can prove awkward for you and compromise your privacy at work. Therefore, unless otherwise requested by the candidate, we communicate with you outside of office hours, either during the evenings or lunch-time.

 • We do not send your CV to any of our clients without your prior approval. Once we receive a CV, we speak to you in detail at a time which is convenient to you, in order to discus your unique requirements, as well as the opportunities we have to offer. Only when you have approved the specific company or companies we have in mind do we proceed with your CV.

• We are not a ‘high-pressure’ sales organisation and, consequently, we do not try to persuade you or dissuade you into making a decision you would rather not make. Our friendly and flexible approach is maintained throughout the recruitment process, from agreeing with you who we approach on your behalf, to considering any offers you receive.
